Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Luma Compressor iOS application

Your access to and use of the App is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the App.

Subscriptions and Trials

Luma Compressor offers a 3-day free trial for its subscriptions. By starting your subscription, you agree to our Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions.
During the trial period, you will have access to the full functionality of the app. After the trial ends, you will automatically be enrolled into the selected subscription plan unless you cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Subscription fees will be automatically charged to your Apple ID account upon the expiration of the trial period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods. All sales are final, and in line with Apple’s policy, subscription fees are non-refundable. However, you will retain access to the app until the end of the current subscription period, even if you cancel.

Data Collection

Luma Compressor collects limited data required to operate the app and improve its functionality. Data such as crash reports, usage analytics, and performance metrics may be collected to help us identify and resolve technical issues.
All data collection is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, and we do not sell your data to third parties.
We are committed to securing your information. If we detect any data breach, we will promptly notify you and take appropriate action to safeguard your information.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If changes are significant, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a significant change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the App after the revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you are no longer authorized to use the App.
